2 · The school

Two pathways: Tokyo or Kyoto

Tokyo · university courses. Classes take place at Lakeland University Japan, the Tokyo campus of an accredited American university, in a brand-new building in Ryogoku, the traditional sumo district. Courses are taught in English by university faculty – ideal for high school and university students preparing for university or global careers.

Kyoto · language and culture. Students learn practical Japanese at a language centre in Japan’s cultural capital, surrounded by temples, artisans and traditional neighbourhoods – ideal for Japanese learners and first-time visitors.
