2 · The setting

Live and learn in a Cambridge college

For two weeks, students experience the traditions, community and rhythm of college life, living and learning in a historic University of Cambridge college.

King’s College Chapel has stood over the city since 1515, and The Backs behind it are the lawns and river the colleges have shared for five centuries. The Fitzwilliam Museum, the Wren Library and Great St Mary’s Tower are all within a 10-minute walk of each other.

The programme has taught over 20,000 students from more than 120 nationalities since 2012. 97% of participants would recommend the programme.

3 · The summer programme

Academic Pathway: study at university level

Explore your chosen subject over two weeks, covering undergraduate-level topics. Your syllabus is designed and taught by expert tutors, most holding or working towards a doctorate.

Small seminars, two 1:1 tutorials, masterclasses and guest speakers lead to your own personal project, presented on the final Friday. Academic English develops through the subject itself, so non-native speakers gain fluency in context.
